PYROTECHNICS:
• Any show using pyrotechnic effects will be required to submit a detailed effects plot, along with a listing of effect details (placement, weight of charge, direction, and size of effect, ect.) Additionally, a current pyro technician’s license for the lead pyro technician valid for the largest classification of effect used, and MSDS sheets must be received by the PowerHouse Event Manager at least 14 business days prior to the scheduled load-in date. The Alliant Energy PowerHosue reserves the right to require a walk through inspection or full demonstration of the effects in the presence of the local Fire Inspector for any pyrotechnic display.

• The Loading Docks are located on the North side of the PowerHouse Complex located off A Avenue. The loading dock area can accommodate Three (3) 53-foot semi-tractor-trailers at one time. Two additional low truck docks are located West of the three main loading docks.

• During setup, venue OPS crews will gather all trash and cardboard as long the materials are organized into piles and set outside of the vendor booth area.
• Special care must be given to carpeted setup locations. Vendor is responsible to cover carpeted areas of vendor booths to keep the carpet from being stained.
